Statement: My current technique of combines intaglio printmaking with computer painting using Fractal's Painter. This combination of mediums echoes my sense of standing steeped in the past while walking into the future. My work is narrative, the main focus on relationships, family and growing up female. The layering of these two techniques aid in my creation of visual stories that can include the present, the past, the visceral, the perceived, all visible in the same image.
