Rising from the ashes of several of the Bay Areas's favorite club bands, the Brilliantines came together in 1994 to prove that a band in love with lush harmonies, driving guitars, and fingerpoppin' tunes could rule the world again. In their short career, the Brilliantines have played with the Connells, the Plimsouls, Chris Whitley, and Sweetwater, as well as local faves the Loved Ones, Engine 88, the Sneetches, the Groovie Ghoulies and Cake.
